This bag felt cheap the second I picked it up. The stitching was a mess, like someone just slapped it together and hoped nobody would notice. Not exactly impressive.

I had to do an exchange, it took way longer than I expected. Support was slow to get back to me, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. It kind of reminded me how much a smooth return process matters after you’ve already decided to give a product a chance.

I had to email customer service about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took a couple of days. that was the part that stuck with me most because it felt like I was just waiting around with no update. The person who replied was nice enough and they did fix the issue in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, I’d have appreciated quicker replies without feeling like I had to chase things up.

The items were really cute, so I’m not trying to trash them or anything, but the sizing was way off for me. Maybe it’s just my body shape or maybe I should’ve sized up, but everything felt smaller than expected and the fit was kind of awkward. I ended up having to return it.

I ordered a bag from Nancybird and, like i said, everything arrived totally fine. Shipping was smooth, the packaging was okay, and there weren’t any dramas with the order.

The bag itself is nice and it does look like the photos, which I appreciated. The quality feels good too, but like i said, for the price I guess I was expecting it to feel a bit more special or premium than it did.

I’d probably consider buying again if there was a sale, but I’m not sure I’d pay full price next time. Like i said, it’s not bad at all, just feels a bit pricey for what you get

The order showed up later than I expected, which was a little frustrating at first. But once it arrived, everything was packaged nicely and in good shape, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

I had a look through nancybird.com and felt disappointed. A lot of the prints and colours were just way too busy for me, and some of the pieces came across more dated than stylish.

I was hoping to find something simple that I could easily work into my everyday wardrobe, but most of it felt hard to match, almost like I’d have to figure out how to make the clothes work rather than them being easy to wear. I’m sure the style suits some people, but for me it just wasn’t it.
